The
V-SEP Static screen consists of basic outer casing, which can
be manufactured, in fiberglass-reinforced plastic, M.S. or S.S.
The screen will be in S.S. The screen is of non-clogging Welded
Wedge Wire construction and can be provided with different width
and slot openings based on the requirement. Slot opening as
low as 50 microns can be provided. Depending on the solid characteristics
there are two versions of the V-SEP Static screen: -
1) Gravity Flow (for free flowing, coarse solid particles)
2) High pressure tangential flow type (for fibrous and sticky
particles) |
The Gravity type of V-Sep Static Screen is generally used in
the Coal Washeries, Sugar industries, Municipal Sewage Treatment
plants, Poultry fish and Seafood industries etc.
The High Pressure Tangential Flow type of V-SEP Static Screen
is widely used in the Starch Industry for filtration as well
as extraction and washing of slurry to get more clear liquid.
Other typical applications are in industries like Paper &
Pulp, Slaughter House, Textiles, and Food Processing etc.
